Ryan is well-versed in the regulatory landscape, coordinating permitting efforts with key agencies such as the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA), the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), and FEMA. His experience as a resident engineer on both locally and federally funded projects further underscores his ability to guide projects from concept through completion with precision and compliance.
In addition to his technical and regulatory expertise, Ryan has a deep understanding of various funding mechanisms, including MFT, the Surface Transportation Program (STP), and Safe Routes to School (SRTS), enabling him to strategically align project goals with available financial resources.
