Casey is an experienced civil engineer with a broad portfolio of infrastructure improvement projects across the greater Chicagoland area. His expertise spans the design and implementation of airport enhancements, streetscapes, municipal transportation systems, water distribution networks, sanitary collection systems, stormwater management, and private commercial and residential developments.
Casey has extensive experience working with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) on both federally and state-funded projects. He is well-versed in securing permits from a range of state and local agencies, ensuring compliance and project efficiency.
In the transportation sector, Casey has led intersection and interchange design studies, urban roadway reconstructions, and the design and management of new roadway construction projects. His work consistently reflects a deep understanding of the technical, regulatory, and logistical aspects of infrastructure development.
His responsibilities include contract negotiations, project management, permitting, zoning, public presentations before City Councils and Village Boards, civil engineering design, quality assurance and control, construction inspection, resident engineering services, and cost analysis for a variety of municipal projects.
