A facility plan, design, construction drawings, and contract administration for this 0.75 mgd extended aeration treatment facility. Process included mechanical fine screening, equalization, extended aeration, final clarification, and aerobic digestion. The plant replaced a 57 acre waste stabilization lagoon and was completed in 2001.
