Description :
To design and construct a new storage building approximately 90’ x 170’ on the current GCHD grounds. The building shall be used for storage of GCHD vehicles and equipment and shall be constructed of metal with a concrete floor and overhead sectional doors. Other design features required are floor drains, concrete aprons, fire suppression and landscaping. Inside features include Under Floor Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical.
