Founded in Peru, Illinois, Chamlin & Associates has proudly expanded its presence with offices in Morris and Ottawa, enabling us to better serve our valued clients. With over seventy years of dedicated experience, we have a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by the North Central Illinois community. Our History
1946
Following the end of WWII, Casimir Chamlin returned to Peru, IL, becoming the first engineer for the City of Peru.
Casimir Chamlin opened his own private practice.
1952
1956
Expanded operations to the Morris, IL area.
The company name was changed from Chamlin Engineering Service to Chamlin & Associates, Inc.
1968
1975
Further growth necessitated office expansions, leading to the construction of the Morris office, which still stands today.
Chamlin acquired Vegryzn, Sarver & Associates and began offering engineering and surveying services in the Ottawa, IL area.
2019
2020
The Peru office relocated to accommodate a growing number of employees and an expanding range of expertise.
Chamlin began offering Geographic Information System and Geotechnical services to clients and the surrounding areas.
