Mr. Perry serves as Managing Director in charge of the Peru Division. Mike acts as the primary point of contact and consultant to many of our clients in the Illinois Valley region. He regularly attends their council meetings to offer his advice on a variety of public works projects, including water treatment and waste treatment projects and related water/sewer rate studies. Mike also has experience working with private clients and state government funding agencies in securing financing assistance.
