A 57 acre commercial subdivision located east of Route 251 and south of an older commercial area in Peru, Illinois. The commercial center is anchored by a HyVee grocery store, banks and medical facilities. The subdivision of the property, establishment of a TIF district and enterprise zone, all of the site work and utilities design was our responsibility in 1995.
